All post is sent Royal Mail. I aim to dispatch in 1-2 working days, unless otherwise stated in the listing, however, unfortunately sometimes weekends/life gets in the way, so it may be 3 working days as I deliver orders to the Post Office 2-3 times a week.
Any items that are ordered at the same time will be shipped as one parcel, therefore if one of the items is a made to order item the shipping of the whole order will be delayed until the made to order item is ready to dispatch.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail second class, this service typically takes 1-3 working days to arrive in the UK.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked, this service typically takes 2-6 weeks to arrive. I am not responsible for delays due to customs and overseas parcel delivery companies as these are out of my control.
Buyers should ensure that they understand additional charges may be incurred by revenue and customs which may apply in their country and are out of my control and are their responsibility.
Non UK buyers – under no circumstance will I send any items being sent internationally as a ‘gift’ on the customs declaration, as I am not sending a gift I am sending a purchase. If you are not happy with this please do not purchase.

If your parcel has not arrived within 15 working days of dispatch (UK only, for international orders please allow up to 30 days) then it is YOUR responsibility to contact your local sorting office. You can also book a redelivery by visiting http://www.royalmail.com/redelivery and entering the next working date AFTER your parcel was dispatched. You do not need a ‘sorry we missed you’ card for this.
Items can be returned in their original and unused condition within 14 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price.
If the item is not received in its original condition (this means the packaging has been removed, yarn has been caked/balled/used, yarn has picked up a scent or animal hair etc) it will be returned to you and a refund or exchange will not be issued. Please note that postage will not be refunded, nor will you be reimbursed for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty in which case one set of postage will be refunded. Please obtain proof of postage for all returns. If your returned parcel does not arrive back to me, it is your responsibility to seek compensation from the delivery service and a refund will not be issued.
Returns on custom orders, yarn clubs or one off boxes are not accepted.
Refunds will be made via the original method of payment.
