Once an order has been placed the item(s) will be dyed/made.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for the item(s) to be finished and dispatched.

To keep your items in the best condition I always recommend hand washing.

You may get a bit of colour run on first wash, despite the dye being fixed properly, this can happen with certain colours, and is totally normal.

It is advised to wash dark/bright and pale colours separately.

Yes, I often have more stock than I have listed on here. But if I don’t have extra available, most of my colourways* can be requested as a custom order. That way you can be sure they are from the same dye lot.

* OOAK and limited editions can not be repeated.

Have you seen colourway you love but would prefer it on a different base? Fill in the custom request form.

Please note: OOAK skeins can’t be replicated.

Please ensure you order enough yarn for your project; even within the same dye batch there will be subtle differences between skeins. It’s the nature of hand dyed & why I recommend alternating between skeins every few rows.
