Hand Dyed Merino Yak Nylon Yarn – Teal

Description

Ideal for use in shawls or other projects. This is a beautifully soft yarn with lovely drape and the Yak being a natural grey tone gives great depth to the colours.

1 x 100g skein.

I have treated the yarn for colourfastness.
Please note – I use an extensive rinsing technique as part of the dyeing process. However, as I often use intense colours it is perfectly normal for some dye to come away during the first wash.

I recommend washing separately for the first wash and not leaving the finished item to soak. Especially if knitted or crocheted along with a lighter colour.
I advise hand washing and always lying flat to dry, to ensure you get the best out of your items.

Sock is generic term and sock yarns are often known as fingering or 4-ply. The word ‘sock’ in no way limits them to or recommends them for use in socks.
